 If you have a modern garage door opener, rest assured that your garage remotes are protected by rolling code technology, meaning that the codes between your garage door clicker and motor are automatically "rolled" and synced to a new code every time you use it! This insures that your code can never be captured and re-used by a 3rd party.

If your garage door motor is 20 years old or less, rest assured that it more than likely includes rolling code technology!

How can I upgrade my garage door motor to rolling code technology?

No after market RCT add-on exists, therefore regular motors that do not include RCT unfortunately cannot be upgraded. The best solution is to replace the motor with a modern unit. Call us for details!
